2023. szeptemberében ismét útra kel az óriás bogrács és elfoglalja helyét a múzeum előtti Vízi bástyán.
A tiszai halászlé ünnepe a hagyományokhoz híven szeptember első hétvégéjén kerül megrendezésre.
XXVI. NEMZETKÖZI TISZAI HALFESZTIVÁL

A Tisza szegedi rakpartja ismételten halászcsárdák és kézművesek, borászok és sörfőzők, fesztivál látogatók találkozóhelyévé válik.
Az újszegedi Partfürdőn szeptember 2-án a halfőzők mérik össze tudásukat és mindenki saját maga készíti el bográcsban az általa féltve őrzött receptúra szerint a halászlevet.

International Tisza Fish Festival 2023 – 26th edition
Szeged – Hungary
In September 2023 the giant cauldrons, usually placed at the parking lot of our restaurant, will be moved to the remains of the former water bastion on the bank of River Tisza, in front of the Móra Ferenc Museum. According to the tradition, the celebration of the Tisza (Szeged) fish soup will be organized on the first weekend of September.
INTERNATIONAL TISZA FISH FESTIVAL
From 1 September 2023 to 3 September 2023, the quay of Szeged will be the host of a meeting place to fisherman inns, craftsperson’s, wineries, breweries and visitors.
Besides the Újszegedi Partfürdő will be an important venue of the event as the traditional fish soup making competition will take place there on the 2nd of September. During the event, the participants use their treasured recipe to make a fish soup in their cauldrons.
This event is more than a competition is a concentration of flavors, smells, friendship and the joy of meeting.
